GTUE is the latest addition under Kreets, and it solves a problem most freelancers and small business owners run into eventually: needing to send a professional-looking invoice without paying for accounting software or wrestling with a spreadsheet template someone emailed you in 2016.

What it does

GTUE is a free, browser-based invoice generator. Fill in the details, watch the invoice update live, and download it as a PDF or image when it's ready — no account, no signup, no subscription.

  • Company and client details — your business name, logo, and contact info alongside your client's billing information.
  • Dynamic line items — add as many as you need, each with a description, quantity, and rate, with subtotal, tax, and total calculated automatically.
  • QR code payments — encode your payment details into a scannable QR code right on the invoice.
  • Flexible formatting — adjustable currency symbols, tax rates, and payment notes, so it fits however you actually invoice.
  • Live preview — the invoice updates as you type, so you're never guessing what the final PDF will look like.

Why build another invoice tool

There's no shortage of invoicing software out there, but most of it is built for people who invoice constantly and are willing to pay a monthly fee for it. GTUE is for the other case — the freelancer sending three invoices this month, the service provider billing a handful of clients, the person who just needs something that looks legitimate and doesn't require creating yet another account to use once.
